I offer a free 30-minute consultation via telephone or video call for both online Counselling and Supervision, which gives you the chance to get a feel for who I am and how I can help. I work various days and evenings throughout the week.

All payments are collected via BACS and are to be paid 24 hours in advance of sessions commencing.

Cancellation Policy

Any sessions cancelled 24 hours or less before your session time will be charged the full session fee.

My online counselling sessions are all via Zoom and are for 50-60 minutes.

I charge £50 per online counselling session.

After your initial session, I offer you the opportunity to book further sessions in blocks of 4 or 6, for which there is a discount, making counselling a more affordable option. Please ask for further details.

Supervision

All online Supervision is via Zoom and sessions range from 60– 90 minutes:

60 minute session - £45

90 minute session - £65
